Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sauce

It's too hot outside. Have a sundae.




This ice cream sauce is a fantastic way to dress up any sundae and help you to cool down and fill up.

Recipe: From Joy the Baker Cookbook

2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (I used natural)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp milk or cream.

Directions:

1) Combine all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan over medium heat and stir until smooth and well combined.
